For travel distances greater than 120 miles from Butternut, WI a minimum of full-day workshop or half-day workshop+lecture fee is required.
Appropriate airfare, ground transportation and lodging is to be provided by the purchaser. Travel arrangements and logistics are subject to agreement between the purchaser and Anna prior to commitment.
If driving, I charge the standard, published IRS mileage rates as of the scheduled date of the workshop or lecture.
